EDON CUT-60 Plasma Cutter
A 60 amp plasma cutter. Cuts steel plate with a jet of ionised gas, leaving a narrow clean kerf rather than the wide ragged edge of a grinder.
Plasma or Grinder?
A cutting disc is fine for a straight edge on thin stock. Plasma cuts curves and shapes, goes through much thicker plate, and does it far faster with less heat distortion.
What You Need to Run It
Clean dry compressed air. Moisture in the air line ruins cut quality and shortens consumable life, so an air filter or separator is not optional.
Safety
Use a proper welding helmet, gloves and covered arms. Weld in a ventilated space and keep a fire extinguisher within reach.
