Shipping & Delivery — Saif Al Arab
We deliver hardware, power tools, welding equipment, and industrial supplies across Kuwait. This page explains our shipping process, timeframes, and fees.
Delivery Coverage
We deliver to all six governorates of Kuwait: Al Asimah (Capital), Hawalli, Farwaniya, Mubarak Al-Kabeer, Ahmadi, and Jahra. International shipping is not currently offered.
Delivery Timeframes
- Standard delivery: 1–3 business days within Kuwait City and Shuwaikh.
- Outer governorates: 2–5 business days.
- Bulk & heavy items (compressors, welding machines, generators): 3–7 business days; our team will call to schedule a delivery slot.
Shipping Fees
Delivery is a flat 3 KD anywhere in Kuwait. Far areas cost more: Kabd, Mutla and Amgarah 5 KD; Wafra, Khairan, Bnaider, Zour, Nuwaiseeb, Sabah Al Ahmad, Al-Julaiaa, Ali Sabah Al-Salem, Mina Abdullah and Shuaiba 10 KD. Delivery is free on orders above 100 KD, far areas excluded. The exact fee is shown at checkout once you select your governorate and area.
Pickup From Store
Customers may collect orders directly from our store at Shop No. 4, Khalifa Jassim Street, Shuwaikh Industrial, Al Asimah, Kuwait. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID. Pickup is available Saturday–Thursday during business hours.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS or WhatsApp confirmation with the courier name and a tracking reference where applicable. For status updates, contact us at +965 96722427 or info@saifalarab.com.
Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your order on receipt. If anything is damaged, missing, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve it quickly. See our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.
