These terms govern your use of saifalarab.com and any purchase you make from Saif Al Arab Establishment for Carpentry, Construction and Blacksmithing Tools, Shuwaikh Industrial, Kuwait. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Orders & prices

• All prices are in Kuwaiti Dinar (KD) and include applicable charges shown at checkout.
• We may correct pricing errors or decline/cancel an order before dispatch; if we cancel a paid order we refund it in full.
• Product photos are for illustration; minor differences in colour or packaging may occur.

Payment

We accept KNET, Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay online, and KNET payment links over WhatsApp. We do not accept cash on delivery. Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.

Delivery

Delivery is a flat 3 KD anywhere in Kuwait, with higher rates for far areas, and free on orders above 100 KD (far areas excluded). Timeframes and areas are described on our Shipping Policy page. Large or heavy machines may need extra time; we confirm timing on WhatsApp.

Returns & warranty

In line with Kuwait Consumer Protection Law No. 39/2014 you may return or exchange an unused item in its original packaging within 14 days of purchase with your invoice. Defective items are exchanged or refunded. Warranty varies by brand and product and is confirmed at purchase. See our Refund and Returns Policy.
