Big Red 1.5 Ton Transmission Jack

Big Red 1.5 Ton Transmission Jack

A hydraulic transmission jack rated at 1.5 ton. It supports a gearbox from below while you unbolt it, then lowers it under control instead of you taking the weight by hand.

Why You Need One

A gearbox is heavy, awkward and expensive. Dropping one damages the box and can injure whoever is underneath. A transmission jack holds it level on a cradle and lets it down slowly.

Specification

• 1.5 ton capacity.
• Tilting saddle to match the gearbox angle.
• Foot pump so both hands stay free.
• Castors for positioning under the vehicle.

Safety

A jack lifts a load. It does not hold it. Always support the weight on stands before working underneath.
